3. Right to vote (categories B & D excluded)
Companies that have completely cleared their membership fees will be able to vote at the General Assembly.
Companies have one vote per province regardless the number of establishments in the province. If your company has several establishments in the same province, you will have to specify which one has the right to vote. If not, the CCIFC reserves itself the right to select the establishment(s) on your behalf. (Article 14.5 paragraph 3 of the CCIFC Statutes)
