1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Brands Regulations2001.

4—Interpretation

In these regulations—

Act means the Brands Act1933.

5—Sheep paint brands (section28)

A paint brand for sheep—

(a) must be made with the substance "Si-Ro-Mark" (registered trademark no.121839); and

(b) must be purple, red, blue or green in colour.
