SongFest– TICKETS and INFO! May 2016
Dear Parent/Carer
I am writing to give you details for the Song Festival to be held at the KadwaPatidar Centre, Kenmore Avenue, Wealdstone, HA3 8LU on Tuesday 14th June 2016.
Rehearsal:Tuesday 14th June, KadwaPatidar Centre, from 9.30 a.m. – 2.45 p.m.
Transport:Transport is not provided.You will need to bring your child to the rehearsal and concert.
Requirements: Children are asked to bring a packed lunch and drinks (water in a sports cap bottle) for the day.
Concert:Tuesday 14th June starting at 7.30pm at the KadwaPatidar.
The children need to be at the venue by 7.00pm.
Dress:Day rehearsal – school uniform
Evening Concert – Plain, bright coloured T-shirts, short sleeves, no straps.
Bottom half - jeans/casual trousers (won’t be seen), Soft soled shoes, no heels or open toe sandals.
Parking:Limited parking in KadwaPatidar Centre, additional parking in Elmgrove Primary School playground in the evening only. Street parking available.
TICKETS: You are strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance.
- Tickets to be purchased directly from Harrow Arts Centre, Uxbridge Road, Hatch End, HA5 4EA., 020 8416 8989Tickets will be sold online*, over the phone* or in person* from Harrow Arts Centre.For online purchases please go to: click on ‘Music’ and then click on Song Festival. You MUST select the Tuesday performance.
- Ticket Prices: Adult £6.00, Child £3.00.
- Tickets will go on sale from Monday 23rd May from Harrow Arts Centre.
- There is no restriction on the number of tickets purchased from Harrow Arts Centre.
- Tickets will be sold directly through the Harrow Arts Centre until NOON on performance day.
- If tickets are still available they will be on sale at the KadwaPatidar at the end of the rehearsal from 14.30-15.00 and from 18.45 prior to the Song Festival commencing. We can only accept cash at the KadwaPatridar Centre, NO credit card facilities.
A charge of £1 per transaction applies to all bookings made by telephone or on the internet, and also on credit card payments in person. Cash payments in person do not incur a transaction charge.
(N.B. participating children do not need tickets).
Please note that NOunder three year olds will be admitted. Everyone, (adults AND children) MUST have a ticket. NO sitting on laps permitted. One Ticket = One Seat. Tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable. If tickets are ‘forgotten, lost or left at home’ additional tickets must be purchased, if available. A valid ticket for everyone must be presented at entry to the Concert.
N.B. PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE TAKEN DURING THE REHEARSAL AND MAY BE DISPLAYED ON THE HMS WEBSITE OR IN THE LOCAL PRESS. If you have any queries regarding the arrangements for this concert, please do not hesitate to contact your son/daughter’s teacher.
