The organisers reserve the right to increase/decrease the number of rosettes awarded in ratio to the entries per section.

Directions The event will be signposted from Leamington Road, Long Itchington and the Offchurch/Long Itchington junction from the Fosseway.
Number Bibs Every rider will be required to use a BE style number bib. Please bring your own. There are a few available to hire for a returnable deposit of £10 or purchase for £10.
CONDITIONS
1. Entries close on Wed 24th August - no refund for withdrawal after this date unless accompanied by a vet’s or doctor’s certificate – then a refund will be made less £5 administration costs. Please use the official entry form only. Entries may be limited, and a waiting list will be kept.
2. The course will be available to walk from 2pm on Saturday 3rd September.
3. The Event will run strictly under Pony Club Rules for Eventing 2016 – PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THESE. Any variation to these will be posted at the Secretary’s tent on the day. It is strongly recommended that A JOCKEY SKULL CAP, WITH NO FIXED PEAK, should be worn FOR THE CROSS COUNTRY PHASE. Body Protectors must meet BETA 2009 level 3 standard (purple label).
4. This event is aimed at beginners and very novice competitors
a. The cross country phase will take place within one field and will not be timed.
b. Only one upright and one ascending spread will be included up to the maximum show jumping height. All other obstacles will be 5cm lower.
c. Dressage tests may be commanded and any normal riding bit will be permitted.
d. A Pony Club instructor will be available on the day to assist any child who is having a problem. NWPC reserve the right to give assistance to any child in class 2 without request on grounds of safety.
e. Assisted means hands on assistance, verbal assistance is permitted in Class 2b only.
f. Any child entered in class 2b who is struggling in any phase and is given assistance will automatically be moved in to the assisted section, class 2a.
5. Legal Liability Neither the organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.
6. Health and Safety Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. Theorganisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
7. The decision of the Chief Judge will be final and binding.
8. Any objection must be made in writing and lodged with the Secretary within 15 minutes of the results being posted, with a £25 deposit, which will be refundable if the objection is upheld.
9. All ages taken on day of event.
