The ability to migrate territory geographies’ setup is new in release 9.
The migration of the territory geographies, let’s say from a test environment to production, is accomplished first by exporting territory geographies from the source environment and then importing them into the target environment.
Upon completion of the migration process, the territory geography hierarchy in the target environment will be identical to the territory geography hierarchy in the source environment.
