1.SEPARATE REPRESENTATION
(a) Do you wish SLAS to continue to support the Law Society policy to achieve separate representation, in principle, in mortgage transactions? YES NO

3.ALTERNATIVE BUSINESS STRUCTURES
Although these were legalised in 2010, nevertheless, as widely predicted, the authorising regulations have not appeared. Should SLAS continue to oppose ABS in principle? YES NO
4.TCPD
SLAS needs support from the profession in order to continue its successful delivery of TCPD to trainee solicitors, in conjunction with the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow. The next delivery begins in February 2013. How many trainees do you wish to enrol? None or how many
5.OFFICE BASED DIPLOMA
Office based training for new solicitors is now the direction of travel. Would you be prepared to host and support a law graduate undertaking the diploma from your office on an unsalaried basis but with your meeting diploma costs and expenses estimated at £2,500? YES NO
6.SLASMOUNTAIN CHALLENGE 2014
Are you up for the 2014 SLAS mountain challenge to ascend Schiehallion (quite easy) near Pitlochry on Sunday 1st June 2014? YES NO
7.AGM 2014
We are considering booking a weekend away with the AGM on Saturday morning and a professional tango lesson and contest in the evening at an estimated total cost of £200/£250 per couple. Would you wish to participate in this? YES NO
