SIXTY-SEVENTH HOUSE DISTRICT

Sixty-seventh. Part of Fairfax County comprised of the Brookfield (902), Cub Run (903), Dulles (904), Fairlakes (843), Greenbriar East (846), Greenbriar West (847), Lees Corner East (920), Navy (911), Poplar Tree (928), Rocky Run (913), and Waples Mill (916) Precincts and parts of the Franklin (905), Kinross (908), Lees Corner West (927), Stone (917), and Vale (914) Precincts; and part of Loudoun County comprised of the Little River (107) Precinct and part of the Dulles South (114) Precinct.

Precincts shall be interpreted to refer to those in existence on April 1, 2011, and as reported by the United States Bureau of the Census in the 2010 Census reports provided pursuant to United States Public Law 94-171, notwithstanding subsequent changes made by localities.

The following descriptions are provided for information purposes only pursuant to § 30-264 of the Code of Virginia. The provisions of § 24.2-304.03 of the Code of Virginia, including the statistical report referenced in and on file with the Clerk of the House of Delegates, shall be controlling in any legal determination of the district boundary.

Part of Fairfax County contained within a line described as follows:

  1. Beginning at the point where Lee Jackson Memorial Highway (United States Highway 50) intersects the Fairfax County-Loudoun County boundary
  1. southeast on Lee Jackson Memorial Highway to Lees Corner Road
  1. northwest on Lees Corner Road to Old Dairy Road
  1. northeast on Old Dairy Road to Elevation Lane
  1. southeast on Elevation Lane to Stone Heather Drive
  1. southwest on Stone Heather Drive to Franklin Farm Road
  1. east on Franklin Farm Road to Fairfax County Parkway (County Road 7100)
  1. northeast on Fairfax County Parkway to West Ox Road
  1. southeast on West Ox Road to Folkstone Drive
  1. east on Folkstone Drive to Fox Mill Road (State Route 665)
  1. southeast on Fox Mill Road to Little Difficult Run
  1. northeast on Little Difficult Run to Birdfoot Lane (State Route 671)
  1. south on Birdfoot Lane to Vale Road (State Route 672)
  1. east on Vale Road to Difficult Run
  1. southeast on Difficult Run to Waples Mill Road (State Route 664)
  1. west on Waples Mill Road to a point approximately 70 feet west of its intersection with Penderwood Drive
  1. northwest approximately 540 feet and then southwest approximately 200 feet on a non-visible line, the northern boundary of census block 510594817013009, to West Ox Road (State Route 608)
  1. southwest on West Ox Road to Lee Jackson Memorial Highway
  1. northwest on Lee Jackson Memorial Highway to a Virginia Power Easement, approximately 1250 feet west of the intersection of said highway with Fair Ridge Drive
  1. south and then west on the Virginia Power Easement to the intersection of Monument Drive and Fields Brigade Road
  1. west on Monument Drive to Fairfax County Parkway
  1. southwest on Fairfax County Parkway to Interstate 66
  1. west on Interstate 66 to Sully Road (State Highway 28)
  1. north on Sully Road to Braddock Road (State Route 620)
  1. southwest and then northwest on Braddock Road to Big Rocky Run
  1. west on Big Rocky Run to Awbrey Patent Drive
  1. west on Awbrey Patent Drive to its intersection with Stone Road and Sully Park Drive
  1. west and then north on Sully Park Drive to Braddock Road
  1. northwest on Braddock Road to the Fairfax County-Loudoun County boundary
  1. northeast on said boundary to Lee Jackson Memorial Highway (United States Highway 50), the point of beginning

  1. Beginning at the point where Braddock Road (State Route 620) intersects the Fairfax County-Loudoun County boundary
  1. northwest on Braddock Road to Elklick Run, identified as a perennial shoreline on census maps but as Elklick Run on topological maps
  1. north on Elklick Run to Elk Lick Road (State Route 621)
  1. north on Elk Lick Road to Golf View Drive
  1. southeast on Golf View Drive to Planting Field Drive
  1. north on Planting Field Drive to Stonewall Pond Street
  1. west on Stonewall Pond Street to South Riding Boulevard
  1. north on South Riding Boulevard to Lee Jackson Memorial Highway (United States Highway 50)
  1. southeast on Lee Jackson Memorial Highway to the Fairfax County-Loudoun County boundary
