Winter 2018 Training Schedule
SITECH–OHIO is proud to present the following training classes
SCS900 V3.XX Basics for Grade Checking and Staking
Monday February 12, 2018; Monday March 5, 2018; Monday March 19, 2018 9am - 4pm SITECH-OHIO office
This course is intended for site supervisors, foremen, and grade checkers.
Topics to be discussed include GPS basics and RTK fundamentals,SCS900 file structure, base station and rover setup, system setup checks, work order creation,basic functionality of SCS900 field software. Course taught in classroom and field setting. We will be outside in the afternoon so please dress appropriately for the weather. We request that you send no more than two people per rover. Lunch provided. Cost is $300 per person.
Needed Equipment: SPS882/985 Rover with a Trimble Site Tablet or TSC3 controller running SCS900 V3.0 or above software. Make sure that your batteries are charged. Bring a laptop computer if possible.
SCS900 V3.XXNew GPS Site Set-up and Calibration
Tuesday February 13, 2018; Tuesday March 6, 2018; Tuesday March 20, 2018 9am - 4pm SITECH-OHIO office
This course is intended for anyone who is in charge of setting up new GPS jobsites.
Topics to be discussed include SCS900 file structure and organization, job site creation, multi pointsite calibration, one point site calibration, entering control points, measuring new control points, basic RTK fundamentals, base station and rover setup, base station relocation to a control point, create machine files, and VRS. Course taught in classroom and field setting. We will be outside in the afternoon so please dress appropriately for the weather. We request that you send no more than two people per rover. Lunch provided. Cost is $300 per person.

SCS900 V3.XX Advanced
Wednesday February 14, 2018; Wednesday March 7, 2018; Wednesday March 21 9am – 4pm SITECH-OHIO office
This course is intended for site supervisors, foremen, and grade checkers.
Topics to be discussed include topo, volume, line and feature stakeout, COGO functions, and point creation. Course taught in classroom and field setting. We will be outside in the afternoon so please dress appropriately for the weather. We request that you send no more than two people per rover. Lunch provided. Cost is $300 per person.

GCS900 Bulldozer Operator Training
Thursday February 15, 2018; Thursday March 8, 2018; Thursday March 22, 2018 9am - 1pm SITECH-OHIO office
This course is intended formachine operatorsthat need to understand and use GPS machine control.
Topics to be discussed include components, installing components, basic screens and menus, vertical guidance, and basic troubleshooting. Course taught in classroom setting. Cost is $150 per person.
Needed Equipment:None, but a laptop computer is recommended if available.
Discounts available for multiple attendees or for multiple classes taken. All attendees receive a flash drive with all presentation materials, user manuals, and the latest SCS900 and GCS900 emulators.

Head east on Roberts Road to Westbrook Road and turn right (Road is just before Wendy’s)
