General Conditions: 1. The confirmation of participation at the Business Forum on November 27th 2014 will be registered upon receipt of the Confirmation duly dated, stamped and signed by a legal representative of the participating company 2. The cancellation of participation from the participating company cannot be accepted once the confirmation is recorded by the organizer (CCIFC). 3. During the evening, the organizers (CCIFC, Consulate General of France in Chengdu and DOFCOM) are exempt from any liability of any kind including any injury, accident, loss or theft. Moreover, in case of changes or cancellation of the program by major force or climatic reasons, no refund will be made. 4. CCIFC reserves its right to cancel the registration in absence of interlocutors corresponding to the wishes of the participating company. 5. Fees must be paid on site the very day of the event.

Durant la soirée, les organisateurs (CCIFC, Consulat Général de France à Canton, Sofitel, CCPIT et la FCCIHK) sont exonérés de toute responsabilité de quelque nature que ce soit notamment en cas de blessure, accident, de perte ou de vol d’objets. Par ailleurs, en cas de modifications ou d’annulation du programme par force majeure ou pour des raisons climatiques, aucun remboursement ne pourra être effectué. 4. La CCIFC se réserve le droit d’annuler l’inscription à défaut d’interlocuteurs correspondants au souhait de la société concernée. 5. Frais d’inscription à régler avant le 5 avril 2013.
