MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE HELD ON MONDAY 5TH FEBRUARY 2018 AT 7.40PM AT THE METHODIST CHURCH ROOM
PRESENT: Cllrs Mrs C. Tosh (Chair). A Thompson, J. Laband,P. Hinton, P. Dunne and D. Bambridge. Also present Mrs L. Paice, Clerk.
1 / APOLOGIES None.2 / CHAIRMAN’S ANNOUNCEMENTS were noted.
3 / No DISPENSATION requests had been received.
No DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST were made.
Members were reminded of the requirement to UPDATE REGISTER OF INTEREST FORMS within 28 days of any changes and it was clarified that this was not an option but a requirement so as not to be in breach of the Code of Conduct.
4 / MINUTES of the meeting held on 8TH January 2018 , having been previously circulated, were signed as a true record in line with Standing Order 5a(iii).
5 / The following submissions on APPLICATIONS considered since the last meeting were noted:

S/2017/3061/FUL / Variation of condition 4 S/2013/0018/FUL (Change of use to enable annexe to be used for holiday letting purposes) to allow mid to long term occupation 6-9 months .at Blackmires Orchard / No objections but the Council would, on past evidence ,wish to see regular monitoring of the usage of the holiday let and would also not wish to see any change to a permanent dwelling on this site.
6 / PERMISSIONS received- Bat house at Silverstone Circuit.

8 / OTHER PLANNING MATTERS : i) Notice of withdrawal of the application relating to a dwelling on land west of Green Lane was noted. ii) Cllr Bambridge gave an update in relation to a portacabin behind the old butchers shop which was noted. The application would be going to the March Planning Committee at SNC.
