The person with the longest hair is the leader of your group while in this center.

You again MUST take this quiz individually. My goal is still for you to think beyond the basic plot. Your answers should demonstrate this. You may use your book.

You only have the time in this center to complete the quiz. Turn your answers into me when you are finished.

Each group member will read Vision Quest #1 aloud to the group. The group leader will run the discussion about these.

Continue your Vision Quest with #2. Don’t lose this writing…..we will continue to add to it.


Center 2 & Center 4

Continue/Conclude working on Software Evaluation Project

Your group needs to select a leader to be in charge of your group for these two centers.

Refer back to the Software Evaluation Report from the Blue Packet.

This needs to be complete and ready to be shown to the class:

  • A days -- Monday, April 17, 2000
  • B days – Tuesday, April 18, 2000

Please print your slides at 6 to a page and turn in on the day you present.

These projects are worth 100 points.

Grading criteria

  • Is your presentation persuasive?
  • Do you address all of the possible problems/solutions and have a specific action plan?
  • Is your presentation professional and reasonable?
  • Are your slides easy to read and understand?
  • Are the graphics appropriate and related?
  • Is the writing clear and concise?
  • Is the presentation free of all errors?

The person that is most ready to graduate will be the leader of your group during this center.

Review the Oral Presentation Requirements.

  • Ask if you have ANY Questions.
  • The Oral Presentations will begin:
  • A-day Wednesday, April 17, 2000
  • B-day Thursday, April 18, 2000

Review Technical Manual Handout

  • Using the Technical Manual Handout review and score the sample Technical Manuals from last year.
  • DO NOT write on the sample technical manuals.

Brainstorm topics…help each other out with this.

Review the format of the Proposal Memo—Proposal Memos are due no later than Thursday, April 13, 2000.

Begin drafting proposal memo.

REVIEW THE SCHEDULE for when you are going to give your oral presentation. You may trade with another in the class if everyone involved agrees to the change.
