Iowa State University will be hosting the fifty-third incarnation of the long-running MIdwest GrapH TheorY (MIGHTY) conference in Ames, Iowa. The dates are Friday, September 28 and Saturday, September 29, 2012.

We are happy to announce that our plenary speakers will be Ron Graham (University of California, San Diego) and Persi Diaconis (Stanford University). The conference will begin on Friday afternoon with an F. Wendell Miller lecture by Ron Graham. Saturday will have talks by our plenary speakers and contributed talks in all areas of graph theory.

We hope to have funding to help defray the costs of travel by undergraduate and graduate students and we strongly encourage student participation. In keeping with MIGHTY tradition, there is no registration fee. In the upcoming months, we will have information about travel, housing, abstract submission for those wanting to give contributed talks and other details.
