No. 431/2, Plot No. A/13, Steel Tower, Bawla Highway,Moraiya Ahmedabad-382213, seeking information under the RTI Act, 2005 received by the office of Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), SIDBI on February 13, 2013. The information seeker has desired to know the status i.e. date on which subsidy claim application was received by SIDBI and has requested for copy of sanction note under Credit Linked Capital Subsidy Scheme (CLCSS) of M/s PQS Electrolink (I) Pvt. Ltd, Term loan Rs. 40.00 lakh, and applied through Nutan Nagrik Sahkari Bank Ltd, Changodar Branch, Ahmedabad, and subsidy amount Rs.6,53,448/-.
The said application is disposed of, as under:-
The application in question was received by Govt. scheme Cell (GSC) SIDBI, Lucknow on 30.03.2012. Subsidy claim of Rs. 6,53,448 was processed by GSC, SIDBI and fund requested to Office of DC (MSME) on 27.04.2012. Subsequently, the claim is rejected by O/o DC (MSME) as it reached late to them. As per their instruction, the claim should have reached by 31.03.2012 as the reference date of the claim is 01.08.2011.
