Arrival time: 3:15 pmSharp!
What do I wear?
Bright casual clothes are best. Wear one of the tops youwore in your photo shootor a bright color.NO black or white. Do not "dress-up." Make Sure:
- Hair is OUT of your face. Girls, do not wear your hair up.
- No earrings or jewelry.
- Please cover blemishes with makeup.
What do I bring?
- 10headshot pictureswith resume trimmed to 8x10 size &stapled at all 4 corners on the back of all 8 of your headshots.
- YourPortfolio Bookplease put a sticker (any type) on the front upper right hand corner.
- Your "props" (if any) to use during your performance.Place your props in the box on the table in the large studio.
Where and how do I check in?
3:15pm-- Showcasers must check-in outsideSTUDIO #G by turning in 1 of their 8 headshots at the check-in table.(Note: Do not check-in at the office!).At the check-in table you will also receive 3 handouts to take home with you:
1.The list of Talent Agencies in attendance.
2.Letter "From the desk of...Ms. Mae Ross.
3.SHOWCASER SPECIAL offer for continued classes flyer.
After you check-in, Showcasers will enter StudioL in the breezeway andPARENTS sit in STUDIO #G.Showcasers,make sure to keep the remaining 7 Headshots in your hands in Studio # L.
When do I get my certificate?
3:30pm--We will be awarding the diplomas in Studio #G. PARENTS are WELCOME to sit and take pictures!For safe keeping, put the completion certificate inside the back flap of your Portfolio book or give it to your parent.
What happens after the Diploma Ceremony?
3:45 pm-- ** Headshot Photo Stacks of all 33 Showcasers's headshots are made.** I will need 4 parent volunteers to help collect Headshotsfrom each Showcaser. We will assemble SEVEN stacks, one for each agent.**
3:55 pm-- SHOWCASERS go to designated areas(Lobby & Small Studio) to wait their turn to perform.
What time does the Showcase begin ?
4:10 pm--Duration is approximately 2 hours.
What do Parents do during the Showcase?
Parents of children 9 years and younger: Sit in STUDIO #G**or outside.Please do not go intothe lobby or main office.
Parents of children 10 years and older: You may do drop off and pick up or sit inSTUDIO #G.
**Sweet treats will be served.
After I perform what do I do?
You may leave. Be sure you have signed-up for your ACTOR'S VIDEODEMO REELbefore you go:
