SHORELINE ARTS FESTIVAL Celebrating 24 years!

June 28 & 29, 2014

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Limit 3 entries per person, per category. $10 fee per entry must be included with Registration Form. The Arts Council is pleased to announce

NO COMMISSION WILL BE TAKEN ON SALES!

1. For easy & fast registration on June 23, please fill out form and mail with check by June 5, 2014.

1. Artwork may be in any theme.

1. 2-D, Photography, Sculptural Art and Artisan Crafts in any medium will be accepted.

1. 2-D work (including photos) must be appropriately framed, wired, and ready to hang. NO CLIP FRAMES or SAWTOOTH HANGERS.

1. 2-D work must not exceed 48” or be smaller than 10” when framed.

1. Selected sculpture artists may need to provide pedestals. Sculptural work must be easily carried by one person.

1. All entries must be original, not copied from a published artwork or photograph. Work must have been created in the last three years and not previously shown at this Festival.

1. $2000 in cash prizes and several merchandise prizes will be awarded. Winners will be announced at 11:00 a.m. Sat. in the Shoreline Room at the Festival. The Arts Council will also purchase work for our Portable Works Collection.

WILL BE TAKEN ON SOLD WORK.

1. Wall hanging award winners may be displayed in the Arts Council’s The Gallery in Town Center in Lake Forest Park through the end of August.

ARTWORK DELIVERY:

All artwork must be brought to the Spartan Room at the North End of the Shoreline Center, 18560 1st Ave NE, Shoreline on Monday, June 23 between 5-8 pm

Entries will be juried on Tues. & Wed. for inclusion and awards. Only award winners will be called.

Please tape a “Affix on back” label to the back of each piece.

ARTWORK PICK-UP:

Any unsold work must be picked up at the Festival on Sunday, June 29, 5-7 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.

No early pick up.
