COCOMO’S SEATED MENU OPTION’S
$40.00 per person. This includes 2 courses, Entrée & Main, with 2 selections from entree to be served “alternate service”. The host to choose 3 mains to be an option for guests on the day.
$37.00 per person. The host to choose 2 starters to be served up the middle of the tables, and choose 3 mains to be served as “alternate service” (50/50).
$33.00 per person. This includes 2 selection from starters and mains, this is to be chosen by the host, and served as “alternate service” (50/50).
Sweet Option (can be added to any of the packages above)
$7.00 per person. This includes 2 selections from desserts, this is to be chosen by the host and served as “alternate service” (50/50).

Garlic & Cheese Bread
Trio Of Dips a selection of dips served with warm turkish bread.
Bruschetta semi dried tomato, red onion, feta and basil set upon a crispy crust drizzled with olive oil.

Warm Lamb Fillet Saladchar grilled lamb fillets sliced and served on a greek salad

Option 1 Cash Bar
This option enables your guests to purchase their own drinks from our extensive range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages at bar prices.
Option 2 Pre Paid Tab Bar
This option gives the host control over how much they would like to spend on drinks for their guests. The hosts guests can order a range of beverages at no cost to them. This option allows the host to nominate the value of the tab and the type of beverages guests will be permitted to access on the tab. Once the tab has been reached or if guests order drinks not provided for on the tab a cash bar will be in place.
Note: the tab the host is setting must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of the function.
Option 3 Basic Beverage Package
A $35 charge per person will apply. This provides your guests for a four hour period unlimited consumption (within the RSA guidelines) of:
- Sparkling wine
- House Red and White Wine
- Light and Heavy Beer (VB and cascade light)
- Soft Drinks, Tea and Coffee
Note:our full range of beers can be included for an extra charge of $2.50 per head to the beverage package
Option 4 Deluxe Beverage Package
A $55 charge per person will apply. This provides your guests for a four hour period unlimited consumption (within the RSA guidelines) of:
- Sparkling wine
- House Red and White Wine
- All Beers
- Basic spirits (Jim Beam, Johnnie Walker Red, Smirnoff Vodka, Gordons Gin,)
- Soft Drinks, Tea and Coffee
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS
Cocomo’s Restaurant will be able to place a tentative booking on your preferred date for a period of 7 days. Cocomo’s Restaurant reserves the right to cancel the tentative booking and release the date to other clients without notice, however all reasonable attempts will be made to notify parties concerned before proceeding. Cocomo’s Restaurant takes no responsibility in any form for cancellation of any tentative booking.
BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATIONS
In order to confirm your booking we require the booking form completed and a minimum of 50 % of the total amount paid as a deposit. Cocomo’s Restaurant reserves the right to alter pricing of food and beverage at any time prior to the function and payments of deposits does not secure the pricing that is in place at the time.
FINAL NUMBERS AND PAYMENTS
Final numbers will be required 7 days prior to your planned date.
All outstanding monies must be paid in full 7 days prior to commencement of you private booking
Please note: there are no refunds available should there be a reduction in the final numbers.
Any addition to final numbers will be charged accordingly and payment will be required from the client immediately.
CANCELLATION
Should your private booking be cancelled after confirmation, the following conditions apply;
- All payments received will be redeemed if the private booking is cancelled 30 days, prior to the confirmed date
- 50% of payments received will be retained by Cocomo’s Restaurant if the private booking is cancelled between 30 days and 8 days, prior to the confirmed date.
- 100% of the payments received will be retained by Cocomo’s Restaurant if cancellation occurs 7 days or less, prior to the confirmed date
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL AND LICENSING
Cocomo’s Restaurant staff are trained in the Liquor Licensing Accredited “Responsible Service of Alcohol”, and by law must refuse to serve alcohol to any person that appears intoxicated.
Note: Under no circumstances are underage guests permitted to consume alcohol.
Note: It is the host’s responsibility to ensure that the above conditions relating to underage guests are adhered to.
Failure to do so will cause the private booking to be cancelled immediately.
SECURITY
Security is mandatory if Cocomo’s Restaurant insist it is needed depending on the function. Cocomo’s Restaurant reserves the right without liability to refuse or disallow any or all intimidating / disagreeable persons from the venue.
Note: If your private booking exceeds the 4 hours, security are required to attend for the entire duration of the negotiated details of your party and the cost must be settled immediately.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
ID is required for every guest attending any private function at Cocomo’s Restaurant. Anyone unable to provide proof of 18+ years of age with (key pass, driver’s license and/or passport) or who is accompanied by a parent/legal guardian may not be permitted entry. Once ID is confirmed guests will have a wrist band attached as proof of age for the purchase of alcohol..
MINIMUM SPEND & EXTRA CHARGES
Private bookings held at Cocomo’s Restaurant require a minimum food and beverage spend guarantee on Friday & Saturday nights.
This is to ensure the cost of setting up, running and cleaning the venue is covered.
The minimum spend for private functions is:
FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT MINIMUM SPENDS
MAIN ROOM: $4000.00
SIDE ROOM: $2500.00
The above minimum spends can be spent on either beverage and or food packages.
Security Guards (If Requested) :$ 45 per hour, 4 hour minimum per guard
