Club’s vision is for a multi-sports facility that serves our rugby aspirations and the wider community
We have been working on securing planning permission for over 4 years / To gain planning permission for new club house (October 2009)
To instigate funding strategy for new club house (from February 2010) / Liaise with Peter Waller and MPA for forms, designs, etc
Negotiate fee with Swale BC
Complete portfolio for planning application / 2-3 Years (2011-13):
Funding applications in place
Tendering process
Building to commence, with transition plan
3+ Years (2014>):
New clubhouse built and effectively managed

Run 3 sides
Coaching: Brought in head coach Frank Davis
Youth Development: 10 17 year olds have played 1st XV rugby in the last 2 seasons
Recruit Referees:no progress /
- Remain in Kent 1
- To field 3 sides for 50% of Saturdays
- To recruit players
- To continue with youth development and identify next crop.
- Regular and professial training (FD)

- Identify and progress from Dev squad to senior rugby
