-Spencer- First presidents’ council meeting. 20-30 people each meeting. Work on a central calendar for all RSO’s to be able to see what is being planned. Also on OrgSync so the RSO’s can work together. Address student culture- Looking into starting an outreach campaign with the students on campus, conducting surveys, cardcast. Have a separate section in the 20/20 plan for student culture

-Athletics- There wasn’t another athletic council meeting but they did meet with Carrie. Tailgate will be moved eventually. Proposed to move it to an embankment under Central. Have Athletic Council to shuttle handicap fans back and forth. Within the next 2-3 weeks should have consent. Wrote up a spirit and traditions bill.

-Chase- He and Carrie spoke to get the lobbying going. They changed the name to Cards In Action (Can be abbreviated as CIA). It should be referred to as an “advocacy group.” They created a logo it is the cardinal bird with the American Flag inside of it. The application is going live on Monday. It consists of 3 questions. They would like an array of party members. Mid-February they are hoping to go to Frankfort. Looking to take 8 people to DC right before or right after Spring Break. Leave it up for 30 days.
