Podiatry
Dr Victor Cheung and Crystal Loh are our in house Podiatrists. Clinics are every Tuesday and Thursday. They are very experienced podiatrists and take care of all aspect of foot care including orthotics.

Our Doctors
Dr Ugo Egesi
Ugo has been in general practice for over a decade, having practices in Victoria& overseasbefore moving to Western Australia. He is a fellow at the RACGP and holds his skin cancer certificate. He is also been involved in medical student mentorship/education and training of GP registrars.
Dr Egesi has wide experience with different cultural backgrounds and has a passion for management of chronic disease, mental health, occupational medicine, surgical procedures (predominately skin), geriatric medicine and women's and children's health.
Dr Toyin Orioye
Toyin has been a general practitioner for over a decade. He is a fellow of the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioner's)as well as an examiner for thecollege. Heis enthusiasticabout teaching and is a medical student supervisor for university students, most currently for the University of Notre Dame.
He holds his diploma in Skin cancer medicine and dermoscopy and offers skin cancer clinics within the medical centre. He also has a long standing experience with women's health, family medicine, mental health,occupational medicine and chronic disease management.
Dr Masoud Tabriz
Dr Tabriz hashad over10years ofexperience in general practice, both overseas and interstate. He came to us from Queensland and joined our team in 2013. He is a dedicated doctor and has special interests in Paediatric care, indigenous health,skin cancer, diabetic management, family medicine and chronic disease. Dr Tabriz has just become a fellow of the college (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners)
Dr Manjit Mudhar
Dr Mudhar is our most experienced doctor. He hasbeen a General Practitioner formore than 30 years. Hehas been at Seville Drive Medical Centre since itfirst opened in 2005.
Dr Mudhar obtained his qualifications in the United Kingdom and has practiced both in the U.K and Australia.
Dr Mudhar has special interests in paediatric and antenatal care,diabetic management, chronic disease care and general family medicine.
Dr Hein Htet
Dr Htet joined us in October 2016. He is passionate about caring for his patients holistically. He is currently working towards his fellowship through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Anna Asim
Dr Anna Asim joined us in February 2017. She is our newest doctor and will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday.

Tuesday - Dr Egesi Dr Orioye (rotational Basis), Dr Mudhar, Dr Htet, Dr Asim and Dr Tabriz.
Wednesday - Dr Egesi Dr Orioye (rotational Basis), Dr Tabriz, Dr Htet and Dr Anna Asim.
Thursday - Dr Tabriz, Dr Egesi, Dr Orioye, Dr Asim, Dr Htet & Dr Mudhar.
Friday - Dr Egesi, Dr Orioye, Dr Asim, Dr Htet & Dr Mudhar (afternoon only).
Saturday – Dr Egesi and Dr Orioye Rotational basis

Results
For best patient care we encourage all patients to make a follow up appointment with their doctor to discuss any results.
Once your results arrive, they will be reviewed by your doctor and if you have not organised an appointment you will be contacted by our practice team should the doctor need to see you.
Results will NOT be given over the phone.
Billing Policy
Our doctors are predominately bulk billing, this means with a valid Medicare card you will not need to pay anything for your visit. Dr Mudhar is mixed billing, he will bulk bill children under 16, Pensioners, Health Care Card holders and DVA patients. All other patients will need to pay a $60 fee; Medicare will rebate $37.05 (with valid MCC).
ALL workers compensation accounts, MVA accounts will be charged PRIVATELY. Any pre-employment medicals, drivers licence assessment, insurance forms or medicals are also PRIVATELY billed. Prices range from $110 upwards.

After Hours Services
Our Practice opens: 8:00am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4.00pm Saturdays and 9.00am to 2.00pm Sundays

Communication
Seville Drive Medical Centre endeavours to follow up any messages, e-mail enquires or fax enquiries in a timely manner. All queries are tended to within a maximum of 24 hours wherever possible.
We can receive your queries’ via email, telephone or in person.

Privacy
Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us. We have a strict policy on gathering, storing and releasing any personal or medical details.
You can complete a form to have your records transferred to another medical centre.
If you would like more information about privacy or how to access your health record, please ask your doctor or see reception staff. You can request a copy of the privacy act from reception.
Complaints and Feedback
We value all feedback at Seville Drive Medical Centre. It helps us improve our service provide the best care for our patients.
Feedback can be given verbally to the team or written and placed in our Feedback box (located on the front counter). Should you have any complaints please ask to speak to the Practice Manager, Rebecca.

Survey
Our centre is committed to providing a state of the art health care facility with a strong focus on patient care, as part of our commitment we have listened to your feedback and improved our service.
As a result of a recent survey we made the following changes.
· We are reducing wait times by making longer appointments.
· We will let you know when you arrive for your appointment how your doctor is running for time.
· If you have a clinical query or need to discuss your health over the phone we have a dedicated practice nurse that may be able to assist you.
· New display of our After Hours Policy in the reception area as well as on the front door and information is also on our website & answering machine message.
· Display of our Home visit policy in the reception area, Ask reception staff for further information if you require home visits.
Renovations !!!
Over the coming months the centre will be getting a make over!! New paint will happen first in a modern fresh look. New carpet will then be installed & some finishing touches to bring it all together.
We anticipate minimal disruption but thank you for your patience during this exciting time.
Dietician
We now have a visiting Dietician in the centre. She will hold clinics each Wednesday. Dieticians can provide help and support on all nutritional aspects,
including pre and post bariatric surgery, diabetic patients, eating disorders and much more. Some patients may qualify for government funded sessions. Your GP or Practice Nurse can provide you fur ther information.
For private patients HICAPS facilities are available for private health refunds.
COMING SOON
Coming soon to the centre is a visiting geriatrician specialist. A geriatrician is a specialist doctor who assists with the care of the elderly.
