SEVENTY-THIRD HOUSE DISTRICT

Seventy-third. Part of Henrico County comprised of the Byrd (401), Cedarfield (302), Crestview (303), Glenside (104), Greendale (105), Hungary Creek (116), Jackson Davis (305), Johnson (109), Longan (111), Pemberton (410), Pinchbeck (411), Ridge (309), Skipwith (312), Spottswood (414), Springfield (313), Staples Mill (113), Three Chopt (315), Tuckahoe (415), Tucker (316), and Westwood (115) Precincts and parts of the Derbyshire (402) and Freeman (403) Precincts.

Precincts shall be interpreted to refer to those in existence on April 1, 2011, and as reported by the United States Bureau of the Census in the 2010 Census reports provided pursuant to United States Public Law 94-171, notwithstanding subsequent changes made by localities.

The following descriptions are provided for information purposes only pursuant to § 30-264 of the Code of Virginia. The provisions of § 24.2-304.03 of the Code of Virginia, including the statistical report referenced in and on file with the Clerk of the House of Delegates, shall be controlling in any legal determination of the district boundary.

1. Beginning on the Henrico County-City of Richmond boundary at its intersection with I- 64 on the western boundary of the City:

2. counterclockwise northwest on I-64 to the CSX Railroad

3. north on the CSX Railroad to Rocky Branch

4. west .01 miles on Rocky Branch to a tributary of Rocky Branch

5. south and southwest on the tributary of Rocky Branch flowing past the eastern terminus of Wistar Road to Staples Mill Road (U.S. Highway 33)

6. north on Staples Mill Road to Wistar Road

7. west and southwest on Wistar Road to West Broad Street (U.S. Highway 250)

8. northwest on West Broad Street to a point .03 miles west of the West Broad Street/Skipwith Road North intersection and to a transmission line

9. northeast on the transmission line to Hungary Road at a point .05 miles west of the Hungary Road/Everville Drive intersection

10. southeast on Hungary Road to Hungary Creek

11. north and east on Hungary Creek and the shorelines of two lakes formed along Hungary Creek to the CSX Railroad

12. north on the CSX Railroad to Mountain Road (State Route 157)

13. northwest on Mountain Road to a power line and a point .10 miles west of the Mountain Road/Courtney Road intersection

14. southwest on the power line to the Staples Mill Road/Saluda Avenue intersection

15. northwest on Staples Mill Road (State Route 33) to Springfield Road (State Route 157)

16. southwest on Springfield Road to Francistown Road

17. south on Francistown Road to Nuckols Road (County Road 695)

18. west on Nuckols Road to Fairlake Lane

19. southwest on Fairlake Lane to Hungary Road

20. west on Hungary Road to Springfield Road (State Route 157)

21. north on Springfield Road to Nuckols Road (County Road 695)

22. west on Nuckols Road to Fort McHenry Parkway

23. south on Fort McHenry Parkway and its continuation as a walking path for .095 miles to Lexington Farm Drive
