11)Near the top right, click on Edit Workbook, select Edit in Browser.

12)Locate your name in the file.

13)Click in the cell to the right of your name.

14)Press the “Ctrl” and “V” buttons at the same time (this is the keyboard shortcut to paste).

Note: Sometimes Mrs. Tait had to click off of the cell and back on again for the shortcut to work.

15)Close the tab with this file.

Disclaimer: Everything saved in your APCR Shared folder is now also viewable (and editable) by all of the other APCR students. While it is unlikely that someone will be stalking your folder (don’t get any cute ideas!), please do not save any sensitive information in this folder.

Recommendations: Technology can be a fickle beast. You are encouraged to back up all files in several places. O365 is one cloud-based option. You may also want to save your APCR folder on your hard drive at home, a flash drive, an external drive, and/or another cloud-based storage site such as Dropbox. The more frequently you back-up your files, the less likely you are to be left in the lurch, so to speak.
