Mission Statement: The Friars Club, a Catholic ministry, embracing Franciscan values of community and concern for the poor, bridges the social resource gap faced by at-risk boys and girls through youth sports, educational and enrichment programs to help them develop personal goals and lead successful lives.

Corporate Challenge

· Sponsor and form a basketball team to represent your Company or Business (Men, women or co-ed teams) in the Friars Corporate Challenge Basketball Tournament.

· Maximum team of 10 players.

· Your company can sponsor multiple teams.

· Friars will provide jerseys for each team.

· Limit of two former college players per team.

· Each Corporate team is paired with a Friars youth team.

· The winner of the Corporate Challenge tournament will have their youth club team outfitted with warm ups with your company name and logo using proceeds from the event.

· All teams will play a single-elimination tournament on November 21st at Friars Club.

· Admission and concessions will be sold to support Friars Club.

· All participating corporations will receive a banner to hang in the Friars facility for one year, have your company listed on Friars website and may promote your company activities and products during this event.

· The Corporate Challenge tournament winner will remain the champion for one year. Acknowledgement of the Corporate Challenge Champion will include a banner in the facility, a team photo in the trophy case, and listing on the Friars Club website and company name and logo on the gear of their paired youth club team.

· Entry fee to this fun, worthwhile event is $500 per team.
