In support of student learning, Personnel and Payroll will provide staff support in personnel and payroll issues, recruiting, training and retention of employees. / 1. District error reports regarding assignments.
2. Bi-Annual Staff Survey / 1. Our normal criteria for errors is <5%. A new electronic time reporting system is going into effect in Fall 2011.
2. No more than 10% of respondents will select Disagree or Strongly Disagree / 1. District error reports show an error rate of 3.5%..

The highest level on the Personnel survey was 12%. 15 respondents reported Disagree or Strongly Disagree for “The electronic assignment system (PCR) is easy to use. / 1. We expect the error rate to temporarily increase as employees adjust to the system. We will monitor the system for problems and find solutions.
2. The district has been moving to self-service systems. Initially the satisfaction rate is low. We expect this number to drop as staff adapt to the system. Three training sessions were held this year. We will continue to hold training sessions.
