AIM Market
Introduction of additional Sectors
Live Date: 17 July 2006
The purpose of this Service Announcement is to advise customers of the addition of new market sectors for the AIM market.
The purpose of the new sectors is to highlight all AIM securities that have a classification of ‘Reg S’. Approximately 40 securities will be classified as Reg ‘S’ and these instruments will be removed from their existing sector and placed into one of the appropriate sectors listed below. No securities will be changing to a different trading service.

Customer Development Service (CDS)
The CDS environment will be live with the new market sectors from Thursday 29 June 2006. Securities will be added to these sectors as part of the normal quarterly alignment with the Live Service.
Administration
Customer Development Service (CDS)
Customers are advised to take either the Reference Data Changes service for CDS on Wednesday 28 June 2006 - Service Channels S04 and S17, or to take the Full Reference Data Download Service Channels S04 and S17 on Thursday 29 June 2006.
Live Service
Customers are advised to take either the Reference Data Changes service for the Live Service on Wednesday 12 July 2006 - Service Channels S04 and S17, or to take the Full Reference Data Download - Service Channels S04 and S17 on Thursday 13 July 2006.
Securities which will be migrating to these sectors will be added to the Live Service as part of the admin activities on Friday 14 July 2006. Details of those securities will be announced via the Reference Data Service nearer to the live date.
