ATTRIBUTE: Immutable

The nature of God’s purpose is unchanging. God is not a man, that He should lie, nor change His mind. God stands alone and does whatever He pleases. God’s plans stand firm forever, nothing can change them. God is everlasting, he never changes and never grows tired or weary.

DOCTRINE: The Church

The church is the company of God’s redeemed people. It is called the body of Christ of which He is the head (Ephesians 5:23).It is firmly established upon the foundation of the apostolic teaching. (Ephesians 2:20). It is the bride of Christ, whom He loved and for whom He died (Ephesians 5:25). Not all members of the earthly company belong to the true church, for not all members of the visible church are born again. But all true Christians should take part in a visible Christian fellowship (Hebrews 10:25).
