Senior Year Events & Expenses

Mandatory Expenses: (payments will be accepted starting August 5thandmust be paid in full by September 27th; see next page for senior package options)

Senior dues (covers expenses for monthly activities throughout the year)- $100

Graduation Fee (covers tickets, programs, diplomas, cords/medallions, graduation decorations, bus to graduation practice, and basics for senior awards ceremony)- $40

Cap & Gown (basic package to bepurchased from Herff Jones; visit for ordering information)- $60

Optional Expenses: (some may be purchased as a part of a senior package or paid for separately throughout the year; see next page for senior package options)

Prom (per person attending)- $60 if purchased as a part of a package or if purchased before December 1st or $80 if purchased after December 1st

Grad Bash- $125 per person (subject to price change if purchased after March 1st)

Yearbook- $40.00 if purchased as a part of the senior package, $50 if purchased separately

Yearbook ads- parents will have the option of purchasing yearbook page space to post a picture and message to their senior. Page space prices vary by size desired and information will be sent home the first month of school.

Senior Week Activities- activities/cost to be determined by senior class officers (details available by March 1st)

Senior Awards Ceremony- to be determined by senior class officers. Graduation fee covers the basics, but the class officers may elect to have a banquet which will result in an additional per person charge

Graduation Announcements & other misc graduation items- visit for details

Senior Pictures- see handout from Prestige (formerly known as Lifetouch) for package prices- visit to schedule as session (pictures must be taken before September 2nd to be included in the yearbook)

Gap & Gown pictures- scheduled for April; package prices available from Lifetouch closer to the scheduled date

Senior Package Options: student may elect to pay for one of two senior packages. Payments for these packages may be split into two separate partial payments (1/2 total amount each payment; i.e, package #1- two payments of $70 or package #2- two payments of $185 & $180). The first payment is due by September 13th and the second payment must be paid by September 27th. Payments will be accepted starting on August 5th. Students may elect to pay for the full price of the chosen package in one payment by September 27th. Packages must be paid in full by September 27th and no refunds are available once payment is made regardless of reason (i.e. student transfer, student ineligible to participate due to grades or behavior issues, student or parent decides not to participate in activity).

Senior Package #1: $140 (includes the senior dues and graduation fee)-this minimum package is required for all seniors in order to participate in senior activities and commencement ceremony

Senior Package #2: $365 (includes senior dues, graduation fee, one prom ticket, one Grad Bash ticket, and one yearbook)
