Graders:

·  At the beginning of each period, please have one person sitting near the front of the room taking senior attendance (underclassmen should be with their teachers). We will print out room rosters for you, and you can check off each student as they walk in. There is minimal transition time, so feel free to grab a senior to help you!

If students are absent, please check that they were absent in advisory in Powerschool. If they were present in advisory, but are missing from your roster, please notify the front desk. Students who do not follow their schedule will receive 4 demerits.

·  During the period, please divide yourselves into three roles:

o  One grader should be in charge of making sure each presentation is recorded on an iPad (you may assign one student to record throughout each period). Additionally, please make sure that one computer is facing the student with a full-screen timer!

o  One grader should be in charge of entering the grade in the Senior Project Grades Google Doc at the end of each presentation or period.

o  One grader should be in charge of transitioning between presentations – at the beginning of the period, you can look at the schedule and pull up all presentations uploaded into the Google Folder. A student can ONLY use a presentation from the Google Folder.

·  After grading each presentation, during the transition, please calculate your grades and average them together for a final grade out of 100 points.
