Senior Client Services Executive

Informa Pharma Intelligence’s has an opening for a Senior Client Services Executive to join their office inTokyo, Japan. This is an exciting proactive Senior Client Services role working for Informa Pharma, who prides itself on imparting relevant industry intelligence and insights.And who is the trusted partner of all top 50 global pharmaceutical companies and top 10 contract research organizations. The role of the Senior Client Services Executive will be to provide account support that will transform relationships with clients from being a vendor to a partner.

Key areas of responsibility will include overall management and running of online product demonstrations with our clients. You will also ensure that the client renewal calendar is adhered to for the relevant products, facilitate meetings between relevant stakeholders and end users, and help internal stakeholders, where appropriate, develop an understanding of the clients’ analysis requirements.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting up training for clients on Pharma Intelligence’s products and service offerings
  • Coordinate, assist and facilitate interaction with existing clients
  • Providing an effective link between analysis and sales through advising internal stakeholder as to client needs
  • Effectively communicate and promote new reports, analysis and consultancy offerings to existing clients
  • Field and respond to client service calls

PREFFERED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B Client Relationship Management, with a proven track record
  • Some commercial exposure
  • Product and industry knowledge
  • Experience using online application sharing software e.g. Webex, Lync
  • Experience of operating Salesforce.com and/or InFront (for internal applicants)
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Japanese and good English speaking and writing skills
