Structure:
- Prior to submitting an application
- Beneficiary’ s proposal on how information on implementation of the operation supported from the Fund or Funds will be communicated in practical terms
- No slogan/tagline has been indicated in the regulation – may each MS come up with its own?
- How to explain to the beneficiaries that the publicity should not be considered as something marginal.(Initial training sessions for applicants).
- Definition of publicity measures to be used by the beneficiary (to be done already at the stage of submitting the application?)

-Agreement upon beneficiary´s own proposal
-Should it be included as an eligible part of the contract (sanctions in case of non-respect?)
-Future placement of the plaque–CZ suggestion: GPS coordinates together with photographs documenting the “state before” and the course of project implementation to be attached to monitoring reports – it could be useful for creating electronic maps
- The approval for the publication in the list of operations
- The term “operation” is misleading for general public
- The name of the operation should be short, accurate, easily understandable (to avoid using highly technical and specific terms)
- When the operation is being implemented
- Information on the operation on the relevant websites
- Where the emblem should be put – in the above third of the home page?
- Placement of posters with information about the project
- Investment operationsforwhich the total public support to the operation exceeds EUR 500000 – a billboard
- Standardized downloadable templates
- The templates that will be designed in the Implementing act, would they be non-binding for MS?
- The size (does it correspond to the importance of the project)
- In the case when the operation is implemented at several locations
- “Line” constructions (roads, railways, cycle pathways)
- Slogan if more than one Fund supports an operation –reference to one relevant EU Fundonly?(logos clutter)
- Exchange rate €/national currency (to be defined if the project falls within this category)

- Promotion giveaways
- Appropriate selection – related to the project goal, or reflecting regional features or specificity of the target group
- After the operation has been completed
- Investment operationsforwhich the total public support to the operation exceeds EUR 500000 –a permanent plaque
- Size – the minimum format (A4)
- Non-colour materials – inverse feature of EU logo is not admitted?
- Maintaining visual identity (5-year sustainability period)
- A plaque is the only “trace” that the operation was co-financed by EU funds
