Next, type in the name of your school.

Next, have each student enter their school login and password credentials. Teachers and administrators will login following these same guidelines.

Note: Be sure to verify the Clever information with your technology team managing Powerschool.

Students have TWO options for login

1. Login with Google (Their ECPS email ONLY)
2. Using their Clever Badge (QR Code)- See your ITF for more information

What does a student see on the day of testing?

Students will see this screen upon logging in.

Note: If more than one assessment is visible, please remind the student to select the proper Take Assessment icon to launch the assessment.

What Teachers can do in enCASE

Upon completion of the benchmark tests, useful generalizedreports are available to the teacher to view raw scores. The results of classroom assessments are also viewed here.

NOTE: TE21’s data group will send scaled benchmark assessment results back to your school or district within 48-72 hours of the assessment window closing.

Review Test Scores

To review scores upon the completion of a benchmark test, go to the Reports tab on your dashboard.

Choose By Class/Teacher

Choose your District

Choose your School

Select a Grade

Search by Classroom

Check Include Expired Schedules

Click Search

Click on the Blue Arrow for the assessment you wish to review

Class Overview Report

Green- correct | Red – incorrect | Gray – not answered

Student Session Summary Report

Backup using the Filters link under Reports, then Select Session Reports, then Summary Report

Use the Filters link to review another student -or- Use the Drop List for details

Student Detail by Item Report
