This form should be completed to check eligibility for The Royal Mail First Time User Scheme only. Once eligibility is confirmed you will need to complete a First Time User application form for each mailing made under the First Time User Scheme

If you do not have an account manager, please submit this form to the First Time User Scheme team at who will assess eligibility for the scheme. If you are eligible you will be assigned a reference number which you will need to complete the First Time User Scheme Application Form for mailing under the Scheme.
