All accommodation will be at the Rockley Golf resort on a board only basis. Accommodation is also available at the beach front, Coconut Court Hotel, Hastings – prices available on request

Prices include a round of golf at Royal Westmoreland, Apes Hill, Barbados Golf Club and Rockley (buggies provided in all tournament rounds). Golfers can also have unlimited golf at Rockley Golf Club.
A discount of £400 is available for any non golfing travellers.
Section 6: Deposit
A deposit of £100 (non refundable) per person (including children if applicable) is required by Wednesday 28 February 2018. The full payment must be made by Friday 29 June 2018.

All lead travellers and competitors must be subscribing CSSC members at the time of travel
Travellers and their guests are required to provide details of valid travel insurance prior to departure and adhere to the CSSC Code of conduct whilst on the island.

Please note that under no circumstances will deposits be refunded.
Name changes made before 1st July will be £25.00 per change administration (levied by our tour providers).

Section 9: Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 90 days prior to departure – loss of deposit
70-29 days before departure – 50% of the price
28-15 days before departure – 75% of the price
14 days or less – 100% of the price
