SECONDARY STUDENTS 7th-12th

Before School:There is no Extended Care for students at this time.

After School:

1) If you know that your student will remain at school until 3:55pm to use the Library to do homework, then prior arrangements must be made. Please fill out the attached form labeled After School Library Use form.

  • Students will report to the Library right after school and check in with Mrs. Shelley, our Librarian.
  • Students will remain in the library with Mrs. Shelley until picked uporit closes at 3:55pm, whichever comes first.
  • There will be no charges applied from 3:05pm to 3:55pm.

Important: Any student remaining after 3:55pm will be considered under the care of the Extended Care Supervisor. Charges of $4.00/hour will apply after 3:55pm.

2) If you have not made prior arrangements for your student to be in the Library until 3:55pm, then a Drop-In charge of $4.00 every 15 minutes will be applied starting at 3:35pm, the time teachers’ after school duty supervision ends and all remaining students who are still waiting for parents/guardians are checked into Extended Care.

  • Students will report to the Eagle Eatery and check in with Mrs. Falk, our Extended Care Supervisor.
  • Students will remain under her care until picked up.
  • Junior High Parents must sign their student out. Students will not be allowed to say, "My mom/dad is here," and then leave without being checked out.High School students must let the Extended Care Supervisor know when they are leaving.

3) If you know that you will need Extended Care for your student and the student will not be picked up before 3:55pm, then Extended Care charges of $4.00/hour will apply after 3:55pm. Please fill out the form attached labeled Extended Care Enrollment form.

  • Students may have the option of using the library until it closes at 3:55pm, but they first must check in with the Extended Care Supervisor. They must then report back to Extended Care when the library closes.

SOUTH ELEMENTARY STUDENTS 4th-6th Grade

Before School:

1) Any 4th- 6th grade student arriving from 6:00am – 7:20am must be dropped off at the North Campus and check in with the Extended Care staff.

  • A shuttle bus will transport students to South at 7:45am.
  • Students will immediately go to the Eagle Eatery and remain there until school begins at 8:15am.

2) Any 4th- 6th grade student arriving from 7:20am – 7:45am must enter through the High School doors and stop by the Receptionist’s office and sign in with their name and time of arrival. The student will then report to the teacher on duty in the Eagle Eatery.

Please note: Charges for Extended Care of $4.00/hour apply from 6:00am - 7:45am for students arriving at both North and South Campuses.

3) Students arriving from 7:45am – 8:10am enter through the Elementary doors and report to and check in with the teacher on duty in the Eagle Eatery.

After School:

1) If you know you your student will not be picked up by 3:30pm and you will need Extended Care, please registerthe student for the Extended Care program. Please fill out the attached Extended Care form.

  • Students will report to and check in with Mrs. Falk, our Extended Care Supervisor.
  • Students will remain in her care until picked up.

Please Note: Any student not picked up by 6:00pm will be billed a late charge of $4.00 for every 15 minutes our supervisor must stay late to supervise your student.

2) Any family whose student is not picked up by 3:30pm and without prior arrangements made for Extended Care, will incur a Drop-In charge of $4.00every 15 minutes.

  • Students will be escorted by a teacher to the Extended Care Supervisor to check in.
  • Students will remain with the supervisor until picked up.

NORTH ELEMENTARY STUDENTS K-3rd Grade
Before School:

1) Students K-3rd grade arriving from 6:00am – 7:30am enter through the front main doors and report to the gym and check in with the Extended Care staff.

2) Students K-3rd grade arriving from 7:30am- 8:15am enter through the main gym doors.

Important: Students arriving from 6:00am - 7:45am will be charged an Extended Care rate of $4.00/hour.

After School:

1) If you know you will be picking up your student after 3:30pm and will need Extended Care for you student, please fill out the attached Extended Care Enrollment Form.

2) If you have not made prior arrangements for Extended Care by enrolling your student, and it is after 3:30pm a Drop-In charge of $4.00 every 15 minutes will be applied.

Please note:Any student not picked up by 6:00pm will be billed a late charge of $4.00 for every 15 minutes the staff must stay to supervise your student.
