RESOLVED: that the Minutes of the meetings held on the 14 January 2013 confirmed and signed as a correct record.

Cllr P Burrows declared an interest as a member of East Devon District Council
Cllr R Palacio declared an interest as a resident of Scalwell Lane.
Cllr J Pigott declared an interest in planning appeal 11/1650/FUL
220 / Planning Applications
a) 13/0089/TRE T1 – Cherry – fell, 8 Honey Ditches Drive Seaton EX12 2NU for Mr Brown
No objection – subject to a Tree Officer agreeing the work is necessary.
b) 13/0162/FUL – Construction of single storey rear extension incorporating accommodation in roof space served by 2no dormer windows at 104 Scalwell Lane Seaton EX12 2ST for Mr C Rose
No Objection.

It was agreed that the Town Clerk should write to the Planning Inspectorate to reinstate the previous reasons for objection.
