Season Ticket Loans

The CCG will allow staff to apply for a loan to purchase season tickets for travel to and from work. To apply, you must be a permanent employee and employed by Islington CCG. If your application is accepted, you will be issued a company cheque, made payable to the appropriate transport operating company to purchase your ticket. Repayment will then be made by 12 monthly deductions from your salary. In the event you leave the CCG, you will be required to repay any outstanding amount. Kidsunlimited Childcare Vouchers

The CCG has an arrangement with Kidsunlimited, which allows every working parent to use between £110 and £243 per month, tax free from their gross salary, to pay towards their childcare costs.
The scheme works as a salary sacrifice scheme, whereby the parent has an agreed amount deducted from gross pay, and paid to them in the form of Childcare Vouchers.
The vouchers are then exchanged to pay towards the costs of:

·  Childminder’s

·  Nurseries

·  Pre-school /Playgroup

·  Créche

·  Childcare Element of Private School Fees

·  Before/Afterschool Clubs

·  Holiday Clubs

MicrosoftHome User Program

CCG employees are now eligible to participate in Microsoft's Software Assurance Home Use Program (HUP). This program enables you to get a licensed copy of most Microsoft Office desktop PC applications to install and use on your home computer. The only cost is a Microsoft handling fee of £8.95 (or £17.95 if you need a physical copy of the software).

Under the Home Use Program, you and other employees may acquire a licensed copy of the Office Enterprise Suite to install and use on a home computer. You may continue using HUP software while you are under CCG employment and as long as the corresponding software you use at work has active software assurance coverage (currently until 31 March 2016).

Please note that some product and language versions may not be available at the time you place an order. For up-to-date information on the availability of Home Use Program software, please visit Microsoft Licensing. Office 2013 is only compatible with Windows 7 or Windows 8.

To access the Microsoft Home Use Program Web site:

1. Go to http://hup.microsoft.com/
2. Select the country to which you want your order to be shipped to and choose the language for viewing the order website.
