to be admitted to the public competition for the recruitment of one Full Professor, under art. 18, par. 1 of the Law 240/2010, at the Classe di Scienze Umane, academic field 11/A2 Modern History– academic discipline M-STO/02 Modern History.

The undersigned, under his/her responsibility and aware of the legal penalties as indicated in art. 76 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 for false statements

The undersigned under his/her responsibility, for the purposes of the evaluation and check of the minimum requirements under art. 5, par. 1 of the call, DECLARES:

1)in compliance with the requested average standards for the scientific production, equal to at least 0,5 products/year in the period 2012-2016 (art. 5, par. 1, lett. The undersigned finally DECLARES:

-to be aware that all the activities, the scientific and teaching experiences and the qualifications listed in the curriculum vitae attached to the application are to be considered according to and by effect of articles 46 and/or 47 of Presidential Decree 445/2000, and to be aware of the penal consequences in case of untrue statements or falseness in acts, as indicated in art. 76 of the aforementioned Pres. Decree 445/2000[13]. The undersigned also commits himself/herself to submit the documents confirming his/her declarations should it be requested;

-to have read the announcement of selection and to be aware that the presentation of this application indicates full acceptance of the conditions specified therein;

-to have read the information concerning the use of personal data in accordance with art. 13 Leg. [1] If the applicant is not registered or has been cancelled from the electoral roll, please explicate the reasons.

[5]The scientific works will be taken into account only if they are eligible according to the criteria defined within the most recent evaluation cycle of Universities (the so-called VQR) for the period 2011-2014 and if they are coherent with the subject matters of the academic field or with pertinent interdisciplinary subject matters.

[6] For this purpose, only articles published in journals with ISSN and only papers published in volumes with ISBN (or ISMN) will be taken into account. ‘Paper in volume’ is to be understood as: chapter or essay of a book, preface, afterword, entry in dictionary or encyclopedia, paper in conference proceedings.

[7] Specify if it is an ‘article’ or a ‘paper in volume’. In this second case, please indicate also the specific type of paper in volume choosing among the listed items in the above note 6.

[8] ‘Journals of class A’ are to be understood as journals within the academic field 11/A2, referred to in the updated lists published on the ANVUR website and also provided in the attachment C of the call.

[9] For this purpose, only books (excluding editorial curatorships) by one or more authors with ISBN (or ISMN) - such as monograph or scientific treatise, critical edition of texts, publications of unpublished sources, scientific commentary, translation of books - will be taken into account.

[10] Indicate the specific type of book choosing among the listed items in the above note 9.

[11] Indicate the amount obtained for the whole project if you are the coordinator or for the local unit if you are the local coordinator.

[12] Please follow the indications contained in attachment B, point 2 of the call.

[13] The provisions indicated may be applicable to Italian and EU citizens. Concerning the use of the aforementioned provisions by non-EU citizens lawfully residing in Italy or authorized to reside in Italy, please see attachment B of the announcement. Citizens from non-EU States may use self-declaration affidavits in cases in which their utilization has been agreed upon in international treaties between Italy and/or European Union and their country of citizenship. Citizens from non-EU States that have not been authorized to reside in Italy should demonstrate the truthfulness of their declarations under their own responsibility, submitting the necessary documents in the required form and by the date specified in the call and attachments.
