Narrator:Good morning ladies and gentlemen, I am XXXXXX, the emcee for today’s special event. On behalf of the men and women of the 437thXXXXXXSquadron, I would like to welcome you to today’s retirement luncheon in honor of Name of Retiree.

In recognizing Retiree’s contributions and achievements throughout her career, today we have proudly and prominently displayed her signature colors of teal and eggplant.

So, today, we will all enjoy Retiree’s signature colors as we look back over her XX years career and remember all the places she has left her mark. We don’t all seem to be able to collectively agree on how many federal years of service you actually have.
