Hello!
Welcome back to all of our existing gymnasts and a warm welcome to the new members - we hope you have all settled in your classes!
New Term
As always with the beginning of a new term the reception area is extremely busy and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All children are to be issued with a club pack which contains registration form, standing order form and details of all holidays. Please make sure that you come to reception and pick one up. If you are setting up a standing order for the first time please return the SO form to your bank not the reception.
To minimize waiting times at the reception could you please hand in your Sept/Oct fees in an envelope with your child’s full name and class time and post it to the quick drop box located by the reception. Sept/Oct fees are as follows: £40 for preschool and £45 for recreational. Please note we now accept credit/debit cards.
Scottish Gymnastics Membership and Insurance
If your son or daughter is in a recreational class (i.e. from 4pm in the evening) and is not new to the club, please provide a cheque, made payable to Scottish Gymnastics in the sum of £17, with your child’s name and a note of the class they attend in a sealed envelope and give this to reception. If your child is new to the club please ask at reception for a New Gymnast form to complete. New Gymnast forms and payments should be handed back to the reception at the following class. These payments are due immediately.
Zippy’s Merchandise
Leotards (for boys and girls) are available to purchase as well as T-shirts and hooded tops. Please ask the staff at the reception for more information on sizes and prices.
Zippy’sAcro classes
Because the popularity of Acro Gymnastics class on Wed evening we will be opening up a Sunday morning class from 9 – 11 am. Please let us know if you want to be added to the list.
October Camp dates
On the back of the success of the Summer Camp we will be running an October Week Camp from 17th to 21st October. Normal classes will not be running. Please see the website for further information. Booking form will be available shortly.
Preschool Halloween week
Week starting 24th Oct - up to and including the Mon 31st Oct is a Halloween Party theme week in the Preschool section – children are welcome to come to their class in costume and there will be fun activities and games throughout the sessions.
Preschool make up classes
Currently our Saturday classes are unable to accommodate make up classes due to class sizes.If your child is already registered for a regular weekly class you can bring your child along for any ad hoc class on another day at a cost of £5 each. Please call us for spaces before attending. It is great way for children to get some exercise during the winter months.
