Dear Parents/Guardians,

Fáilteromhaibharais go dtíandaratéarma. Welcome back to the second term in Scoil Iósaif Naofa. We look forward to having a happy and successful spring term in the school.

Traffic Matters:

Again we ask parents not to pull up outside the school at drop-off or pick-up times, please parkabove or below the school when dropping off or collecting children. The Garda have placed traffic cones at the drop-off point at the back of the school, this area is also of major concern to us. Please remind your children to be careful when crossing on the Respond Road at all times. The Parents Association have made strenuous efforts to have pedestrian crossings installed on the Respond Road but to date there has been no written confirmation or starting date given.

Building Project

Full Planning Permission has been given for the classroom replacement project and the ASD classroom. The architect, Sean Dockry, is bringing the project forward to building tenders, fire regulations etc. at this time. We are hoping to begin the building in late March.
