You have kindly agreed that films and/or photographs taken of you and/or one or more dependents for whom you are legally responsible can be used for promotional purposes by [name of school and name of wraparound childcare provider]. Thank you.

The images we capture of children being cared for may be used externally and internally for advertising, promotional, fundraising or editorial purposes in order to publicise and promote the wraparound childcare service we offer to parents. This includes the use of the images in printed materials, presentations, exhibitions and websites.

Please note: Photos can be used indefinitely but the majority of images are used for no more than five years. Image consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time by notifying [name of school] on [school phone number] or by email at [school email address]. We cannot withdraw images already published.
