QUOTATION NOTICE

Sealed quotations in TRIPLICATE are invited for the Supply of Minor Equipments and Laser Printer for the use of School of Chemical Sciences

Terms and Conditions

1. Only the name and a brief description/specification of the items are given. Further

clarifications, if any may be obtained from the Director.

2. Confirmation of quotation is decided on the basis of the quality and suitability of

the equipment, extent of warranty and on the price considerations.

3. Taxes and freight charges, if any, should be shown in the quotation.

4. This being an educational institution, is eligible for Customs and Excise duty exemption.

5. As per University rules payment can be made only direct to the firm after successful

installation.

6. Detailed Brochure of the items should be enclosed with the quotations.

7. The quotation should be valid for At least 60 days

The cover containing the quotation should be super scribed with “quotation for Sanitary Minor equipments/ Laser Printer” and send to the Director so as to reach the same on or before 3 PM on 16-3-2015.
