CCRPI Goal:
Little Mill will increase our CCRPI score.
SMART Goal:
Little Mill will increase the average percent of students scoring Proficient or Distinguished in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade ELA and math and 8th grade science and social studies from 56% to 57% as measured by the Georgia Milestones EOG and EOCs.

Through teacher-led professional learning, we will develop common vocabulary and vertically-aligned expectations that incorporate writing across all content areas. / If teachers are provided with quality professional learning on writing strategies, they will be better equipped to support writing in the content areas. / 3-5 years / Administrative Team and Certified Teachers and Support Staff

The leadership team meets monthly to review and revise the Smart Goal and the action steps as necessary. Monthly “Coffee and Conversation” times (i.e. faculty meetings) and frequent grade level meetings will be opportunities for the teachers to provide feedback.
