NYSED/DLD (Dept. of Library Development) Updates

·  Annual Report Approval – approved and will be posted on the listserv.

·  NYSTCE: Cheryl Naslund – worked on cut scores for library teacher certification exam

·  ILEAD opportunity

o  All expenses paid grant to work on educational technologies

o  Includes 3 meetings of 2 days each near Utica and virtual meetings

·  School Library Summit

o  School library stakeholders met to discuss initiatives/develop an action plan to strengthen the role of school librarians
