CIAO’s data reporting in the past has been inadequate. However, as a team we discussed how to adequatelyprovide Quarterly Cycle Data reports Rubric to smoothen direction and consistency to the data reporting process. / All members of the data team agreed that strict adherence to the rubric is mandatory to remedy CIAO’s deficiency in data reporting to this point.
