CRITERIA:
This scholarship is open to current Rawlins County High School Seniors, who have been an FFA member for all four years, and who plan to attend a 4 year University, Community College, or Vocational/Technical school. In the event there are no graduates meeting the primary criteria, the Scholarship Committee may select any student who was an FFA member and plans to attend college.
