Criteria: Student is a graduate of Central Middle School or St. Kilian’s School, with first choice entering the field of teaching or nursing.

DONNA & DENNIS A. CARROLL FAMILY

Criteria: Student pursuing College degree with an emphasis on service to community. Alternate years – Bachelor Degree 2018 (Vocational degree)

ELMER J. EBLING

Criteria: Student pursuing degree pertaining to agriculture at college. Discretion of Committee if agricultural candidate not available.

FIRST NATIONAL BANK – HARTFORD

Criteria:Emphasis on B. S. Degree in Business Administration majoring in Banking and Finance preferred, but not restricted to.

JOHN M. GRANDINE UW-MADISON SCHOLARSHIP

Criteria:Must attend UW- Madison, rank in top 10 of class or have a minimum GPA of 3.6, involvement in co-curricular activity

HARTFORD and KETTLE MORAINE LIONS CLUBS ENDOWMENT FUND - JACK BELL MEMORIAL –2

Criteria:Baccalaureate Degree - Four-year college

HARTFORD ROTARY CLUB

Criteria: Evidence of Community Service, broad participation in activities, scholarships, diligence and good character.

HARTFORD SAVINGS BANK

Criteria:Recipient must possess a minimum GPA of 2.333 on 4.0 scale at time of selection. Recipient must attend a Wisconsin educational facility providing a four-year degree.

HUHS FACULTY & STAFF – 3

Criteria: 4 year Baccalaureate, which could lead to a teaching degree if qualified candidate available. Discretion of Board of Directors.

BRIAN J. JANZER MEMORIAL

Criteria: Career in Auto Mechanics, Agricultural Field, Engineering Field or Police Science. Special consideration given to FFA member, who meets criteria. Discretion of Board if not enough candidates meet above criteria.

Criteria: Discretion of Committee – Alternate years –Bachelor Degree 2018 (Vocational/Technical)

JIM & DOREEN MOHR ARTS EDUCATION

Criteria:Arts Education course of study leading to a degree in a school or college of education, leading to a career teaching arts at the elementary, secondary or college level. Student’s competence and financial need. This can be renewed and may be awarded to the same individual more than once.

RUTH A. KNOLL MUSIC

Criteria:Advanced education with a major or minor in a music related field with preference given to Music Education or Vocal Performance. Must have participated at least two years in a credited performing ensemble, maintained a B GPA and shows financial need. Priority consideration given to applicant having participated in the Hartford Community Chorus without aforementioned qualifications. May re-apply in subsequent years. Discretion of committee if all qualifications are not met.

KENNETH and ANITA REED

Criteria: Candidate to pursue 4 yr degree (no restrictions), have maintained a “C” average through-out high school, and may apply for a second year.

THE KOCH FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP

Criteria: Discretion of the Committee – Alternate years - 4 YR degree 2018 (Technical Degree)

Criteria: Emphasis on need and student pursing a four year degree.

JACK & GERRY RUSSELL–3

Criteria: First elementary education or nursing. Special financial need as determined by the committee. Student may receive scholarship additional years,on a yearly basis, up to a Bachelors’ degree based on academic achievement, maintaining 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and school or community involvement.

MARY ROEMER THOMAS

Criteria: Top Quarter of Class, Strong interest in Chemistry and technology, Diverse interest in outside activities.

THOMAS H & LORI L SEEBOTH

Criteria: Maintain C+ or better average, no underage alcohol or drug violations, involved in extracurricular activities and volunteer activities, two letters of rec., one from extra & volunteer advisor explaining accomplishments.

AURORA MEDICAL CENTER –WASHINGTON COUNTY VOLUNTEERS

Criteria: Career in healthcare, academic achievement, active involvement in extracurricular activities or community. Two or four yr program.

JIM AND JEAN BELL

Criteria: Attend a PUBLIC college, university or technical school. Original recipient could re-apply for succeeding years up to a total of four years. Recipient must have met academic standards of the school to re-apply. If above standards are met would like original recipient to receive scholarship for four years.

RICHARD and LINDA FEUTZ FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP

Criteria:Student pursuing degree at college or technical school. Committee will consider GPA and community or volunteer service.

LUIS AND IRIS GARCIA

Criteria: Major in Computer Science

HARTFORD COMMUNITY SERVICE, INC. TERROR ON RURAL STREET - 4

Criteria: Student must have minimum 2.333 on 4.0 scale, grade point average, minimum of 20 hours of volunteer or community service work in the past 4 yrs, letters of recommendation with one from volunteer or community service supervisor, 3 or more co-curricular activities during high school. Four-year college or two-year technical/vocational school degree.

HARTFORD PLAYERS FINE ARTS

Criteria:Major field of study should be visual arts, performance arts, or education field within the arts. 3.0 GPA or higher.

HUHS DISTRICT SCHOLARSHIP

Criteria: Discretion of the committee.

JIM KREUSER WOODWORKING MEMORIAL

Criteria: Student should have minimum grade point average of 2.333 on 4.00 scale. Either 2-year technical degree or 4 year baccalaureate degree. Education and professional direction focusing on cabinetry, woodworking or other wood craftsmanship. If suitable candidate not available, a degree and profession in other technical discipline.

RALPH SCHELLINGER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Criteria:Minimum GPA of 2.5. Pursuing 2 or 4 year degree from an accredited program in Carpentry, Construction, CAD Design, Building Trades, Engineering, Electrical, Plumbing, Drafting, Architecture, Construction Management.

TEAM SUMMYR-SUMMYR AULENBACHER ZUERN

Criteria: Must have overcome childhood cancer. If no candidate meets thiscriteria, the scholarships can be awarded to a student pursuing a degree in the field of nursing or medical research.
