Curriculum:Age appropriate training sessions with video support
Center of ExcellenceAdditional Skills Training on Mondays. Meets for 7 Mondays starting Sept 11. Fee = $70.

Coaches Education:Coaching courses to be announced. Courses are being reworked due to change in leadership at the national level.
Keeper Training:Starting March 7. Coach Bryan Byars
ESC Uniforms: Get with your team to sort out numbers, etc, and then your players should go to Soccer USA on Danforth to place their order. Be sure they know what program, rec, traveling rec, academy, etc.
Rules:Please review and have your parents review as well so everyone understands.
Field Usage: The complex is not open for practice without approved request and field usage fee.
Birth Certificate:Every player must upload a birth certificate.
Concussion LawEveryone is required to view online education on concussions through their Gotsoccer account. Here is a link to the steps . It is now law. Not an option. Go to Edmondsoccer.com then resources then documents and then look for the Concussion Policy tab.
Code of Conduct: Review the code of conduct with your parents. Have them sign it. Keep a copy in your team folder
Medical Release: Download from within team account . Keep a copy in your team folder.
Background Check: Each coach, assistant, manager or team official must have a background check.
Get with your coordinator if you have not completed one. Anyone involved with
the team, assistant coach, manager, treasurer, etc. must have one.
Team Account: Log into your team account. Gotsport.com, then user login, then teams, then enter your team username and password. Click on team profile, then documents, and download roster.
Rosters: Present a printed got soccer roster to the ref at each game (U7 and Up).
Coordinators: Communicate with your coordinators regarding team issues. Contact info can be
found at edmondsoccer.com, then “about us”, then “Coordinators/Board”

Referees: Please stay off the refs. If you would like, we are always looking for good refs.
Parking: Remind parents to only park in marked parking spaces.
Communications: ESC Facebook, Twitter, Website, Email.
Clean Up: Help keep our complex clean. Players and parents should pick up after themselves.
Goal Safety: Be sure goals are anchored before games.
Lightning Policy: Please review and make sure your parents know as well. 3 blasts from the horn, we clear the fields.
