ACSA – Provided a number of updates regarding the recent Housing Connections Meeting.
Christine will reach out to Housing Connections and invite them to the SHSPN meeting. / Christine to contact Stephen W at Housing Connections
3. Information Sharing / Housing Connections has informed partners that they will continue to NOT accept telephone calls Tuesdays/Thursdays in July due to their backlog.
Workers and individuals are encouraged to submit applications online as paper applications will not be reviewed at this time.
- Presentation: Coordinated Entry to Housing Visioning
-reviewed the outcome from the Coordinated Entry to Housing visioning meetings that happened in the previous weeks.
-walked members through the client journey
Discussion regarding model followed.
- Sub Committee Update: Grants/Proposals
-Final input for the OTF submission being sought this week. Organizations have been asked to show support for the proposal (coordinated entry model) by agreeing to be a partner within the model.
-Koulla and Christine will meet with those organizations that still have questions.
8. Sub Committee Updates: Trainings / Intro to Diversity and Equity training will be hosted at the Mid-Scarborough Hub on Monday June 19. Registration is required, please contact Christine to sign up.
