Baggage Rules for Scandinavian Airlines System and affiliated airlines

These fares apply when SAS (SK, KF, WF) is the first operating carrier. (i.e. STO SK FRA or STO SK FRA LH MAD or STO SK FRA SA JNB).

The below rules and fares do not apply to charter traffic. For information the Charter Company should be contacted.

It also must be NOTED that when a passenger is holding two separate tickets the baggage must not be through checked except when the journey originates Norway when through check-in is mandatory. Baggage charges will then be collected separately for each ticket.

In some exceptional cases, carry-on items must be handed in, such as on flights with a small aircraft (WF) or in countries with restrictive government regulations.
