The Committee of the SAPSAC Annual Conference (referred to as the "Conference") will do everything possible to ensure that your attendance at the Conference will be as comfortable as possible. The Conference, any member and/or members of its committee and its appointed agents or either subcontractors, act on the basis that they attend to the arrangements of the Conference for the convenience of the Conference delegates. They perform all tasks on condition that the Conference, any member or members of its committee and appointed agents or subcontractors, cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience (however arising) experienced by the conference delegates neither can they be held responsible for unforeseen partial or total cancellation of the event. The programme is subject to change without notice.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Cancellations received before17 October 2014will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be paid if cancellations are received after 24 October 2014. Substitutions are welcome, provided they are given in writing and on an official letterhead where applicable.

- Registration of delegates by Government Departments will only be processed on receipt of payment or Purchase Order Number. Name and all contact details of person responsible for payment need to provided no registration will be confirmed without it

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Responsibility cannot be taken for registration forms not received by the conference secretariat. Delegates will not be accommodated at the conference without prior registration.
